Dick: You are the resident expert on 36s. What do you think it will close at? Or what do you think it is worth...retail....??

You know I don't understand this word retail...really? we all buy from each other basically and if what I understand by the prices quoted by most here. I've paid retail plussss for all my stuff. Just where is the wholesale store. I am not a newbie here by any stretch of the imagination. but I have had old gas people in my garage and my stuff must be junk by there ( you know who you are) estimation.NOT!!
There is no retail or wholesale. The worn out phrase is....It is what it is.

the last one sold for 2350 as I remember and was an extreme bargain! The 36B station lighter 4 ad glass top is worth 500. The station lighter tower is worth 1400 to 2000. (Oldtoydoc got 1400 for just the tower and it was rust and missing pieces. This one is missing the top cap and finial and the bottom of the tower is rusty. Will need repair. Not a big deal.

Not sure why I responded... frustration I guess

I'd give 2350 without question and more....if I had it.

Sold one several several years ago with a "homemade" tower
