Hello everybody.

Here's an update.

I finally heard back from the Licensing Company yesterday. Apparently, Pennzoil's internal people don't know anything about what I want to do.

Here is a direct quote from the e-mail I got yesterday: "What is a lens?"

So . . . I sent them an explanation this morning.

Now, back to waiting. LOL

Later . . .

Jim

I hope you get it! I'd love to have both a globe and a decal when you get the go ahead!

Another update.

After spending time filling out a multi-page 'Licensing Application' and waiting a month or so . . .

Then having to explain to the Licensing people what a lens is - and waiting a couple of weeks . . .

I now have to write a 'proposal' that (I've been informed) will actually go to the people at Pennzoil. It's due to the licensing people by Monday.

We'll see how long this step takes.

I'll keep you posted.

Later . . .

Jim

Well thought I'd check and see if anything new has happened. I'm getting ichy. What do you guys think. A bennett 700 with yellow sides and white doors to match the globe with a double black pin stripe on the doors?
