I think he is just using cheap advertising to try and get a good lens to replace the one he broke. Nice opportunity for somebody who has one to sell. Considering his $5999 value for one lens and a body, the replacement lens he wants should be worth over $5000 to him.

I agree creativity way to canvas for a lens. Either way seller is a winner. Maybe smarter than we are giving credit.
