That Grand Prize neon is awesome!
Picked up a few new quarts for the collection the last couple weeks. The super clean Oilzum came from Ebay, the others from a fellow Oldgasser.

Heres some petro equipment i picked up this weekend ,the jar is for a fry 10 gallon nos still in box, however it was in a pole style barn for 40 years housed out doors basically so the elements chewed up the box & rusted the metal rings,it still had the cork in the box ,it's one killer piece up close ,box says FROM: Sinclair TO: Sinclair refining co. this came from a old distributor of key petroleum out of San Antonio TX ,also got a antique canning/sealer & bunch of nozzles & tetraethyl signs, soda pop machine junk and the humble box !
Bob the can looks great! & James ..............you did real good w/ the G.P neon!

Kind of "skirting" the oil and gas Buy of the Week....I purchased this Power Gasoline sign a few years back and am just getting it out of storeage and hung up. It is a little rough, but goes well with my other Montana Power signs. We had a refinery and sold "Power" Gasoline back in the 30s and 40s. Govt made us sell it under the Anti Trust provisions. Union 76 bought it in the 40s. The blueish sign came off of a substation and the smaler yellow colored one was a general purpose sign for the company and was used in a variety of places. I found a NOS one a few years back that was wrapped in 1938 newspapers from the factory. sorry for the low quality pic, my phone camea doesn't have a flash.

I picked up this early Ford sign yesterday. It dates to the late teens/ 1920's and preceded the neon version. It needs a little TLC including rewiring but I am happy to get it.
