(this is a follow up to Blacktee's Q about a 'New Found Texaco Globe' from general petro but takes it off topic, so I posted here--the article I link to does include gas related history)

From the Boston Historical Society, a link to a recent article from BU about 'Automobile Row.'

Jack -- after reading this article do you think it is possible in view of the massive number of 'motor' dealers that that gas station might have been for them all and they just kept it on account?
