Does anyone know what color a pump would have been with a milkglass white eagle on top?

Hi. According to Henderson and Benjamins' Guide to Gas Pump Restoration book. pages 166-167:

1920 to 30 Red Pump with Blue top and beltline area (Regular Grade)

1926-30 Solid blue pump with White Eagle decal centered onlower door (Preminum Grade)

1930-32 Solid White with red base, top and belt line (Regular Grade)

1930-32 Solid white pump. White Eagle rectangular decal 10" below belt line (Premium Grade)

I think the book is available through this website.
