Traded off a 42" porcelain sign to another Oldgasser. Then decided I needed one again. Had a piece of 1/8" thick PVC. Found a picture in a collector's book & scaled everything up from a 3" circle to 42". Used some peel & stick pinstripe for straight borders. Hand striped the rest. Used peel & stick small letters. BIGGEST disappointment: when I was all done & stood back to take the photo, I then saw that I didn't have the word GASOLINE centered right. Dang! Oh well, it's going to be hung up on the front of my old gas station 12' high. About 6 hours & $25 bucks in materials. Pretty challenging for 1st time!

LOOKS OK TO ME SAM. GREAT JOB. I JUST SOLD MY 42" TEXACO EARLIER THIS YEAR TOO. BUT I HAD IT FOR 27 YEARS! NEED TO MOVE ON. LOL!

This very neat sign & great work on your part. I know what it took to make this sign since I used to own a sign shop.
