A friend of mine saved this from the trash bin at Gilbarco. It's an original sepia with indigo ink dated march 17, 1930, Gilbert & Barker Co. It's full scale & beautiful when layed out flat. Note on bottom says "furnished by customer". Could this be a nice fantasy globe? Savinsam

That's a very cool logo. Anyone know if the brand was ever marketed?

I'm sure it will show up on a globe soon, maybe on the left coast somewhere.

Please satisfy my curiousity: Why would they be throwing something like this away? Are they file dumping company archives and this kind of stuff is inside of it?

That's way cool, Trains, Gas, and Oil. It would be a cheap globe, one color. LOL

Chadhaas, this was mixed in with a bunch of parts drawings that were being thrown out. My friend just happened to spot this one as they were being tossed. Sam

I hope he snagged all of the parts drawings too, if they were from the same general era...

RTG, just my guess is all. Lots of cool logos being made these days, faster than I can save up to buy em.
