is the milk glass face cracked all the way, looks that way in the picture?

The BD Clock Face in the book also has a cracked face, same side & almost in the same area.
Faces should have a Convex clear outer cover also.

Gaspump Rob bought 2 Painted GLOBE Signs on the way to Iowa Gas, 1 Sold @ IG & kept 1 for his collection.
Both were covered w/ dirt & he took a chance on them cleaning up.
