Does anyone have a picture of a circular Signals pump sign, with the stop light on it? What is the approximate value, how can you tell if it is a reproduction?

Thanks for your help - couldn't find it in the books that I have.

Original signs have a thin white border around the outside edge of the sign. The majority of the reproductions you see do not have this. It is possible that someone has made an exact repro but I am not familiar with it.

There are repros that have the correct markings and are identical in appearance to an original sign. Other than looking TOO GOOD, all I remember is they were pretty pricey compared to the mass produced version and I can't remember if they were marked.
Dwaine has probably seen them since I think they were made by someone in the pacific northwest ???

I've had several of the gasoline and ethyls pump plates and wfort is right about the 1/8 " white line, except the very first ones, were 11 3/4" with both red lights witch is almost impossible to find , the last one i had my friend ted has it . the white line on that one is faint and some times its on one side and not the other , the later ones had one red light but it was a full 12 " don't know why ,??? and the later ones the yellow is a shade lighter then the older ones , the repos are 11 1/2 " some have a real ruff back , thoughs are Andy Rooneys , the other repos have a white back and still 11 1/2 " hope this helps a little .
one more thing , the early ones didn't have eyelits , thats why most of them are chipped . the later ones had stainless eyelits , then the ones from the 50ties had brass eyelits ,
as far as value , the early ones go for about 650.00-850.00. 2 red lights .
one red light 450.00-650.00.
ethyl 550.00-800.00.
products 13 " for trucks , pick-ups, 1.100.00-1.400.00.
