The page link was put in as an image link - this should be the pic he meant to show:

Looks FAKE to me. White boarder is too wide & Grommets are in wrong places, not to mention size & colors [might be the image].

Dick's right on the money. Originals have 6 grommets and a narrow border.

It loooks like you are a new member on the site. You are dealing with some of the most educated people in the hobby. I am not sure if you are new to collecting, but take this as a cheap learning experience. If you are new to the hobby, pick up some gas books and do some homework. Sorry about your purchase.

Hopefully it was not an expensive lesson. If you bought it off of ebay get your money back.

Thanks for your input all. I bought it at a flea market. I'll take it as a lesson learned.

Hang on shop, garage wall or display on a pump outside & hope someone takes it instead of a original sign. Hope it wasn't an Expensive lesson.
Order some of the catalogs from repo vendors, they show most of what is available as New Items w/ sizes.

About 20 years ago a couple of cases of original ones were found, but they were gobbled up quickly.
