My old Clack/Husky station was built in 1938 and according to the ad in the local paper the Grand Opening was May 7...it would be open from 6am to Midnight..... with "cigars for the men" and "flowers for the ladies". With drawings for 3 prizes... 3rd prize...... 1 complete car lubrication..... 2nd prize.... 10 gallons HI-POWER gas..... 1st prize.... a complete simonize of your car.
Anyhow... the question is.... there were 2 matching pumps on the pump island..... what was the brand of pump and the model or cut number.
Winner gets an H. Earl Clack coffee cup.
Thaks for playing.... bob

Hey dodo.... to get this one I think you are going to have to guess more than one pump at a time...... and keep on guessing.. it will not be all that easy a question.
I am moving my daughter back from wazzu today so I won't be on all that much, but will check from her computer when I get down there... keep on guessing....... bob

Frankie..... According to Jack's book... the pump was made before 1938, but I don't know how long production lasted..... and you would think they would have been new pumps for a new station, but all I have is a picture to go by.
good luck guys... and keep on guessing...
