Need some advise on how to remove the light bulb cover from the top of the frame.
It is in a rusted socket.

It doesn't turn off clockwise? right to left? looks to be threaded. If too tight, try hitting it with some heat....a hair dryer, heat gun or tickle it with a blow-torch. Tap it gently with a screwdriver handle....like you were trying to get the lid off a pickle jar with a butter knife!

Remove light manifold, turn sideways on a bench & soak w/ muriatic acid. Acid will eat the rust, neutralize w/ baking soda mixed w/ water.

I was able to turn frame upside down and applied penetrating oil to run into the threads. Came right off.
