Just an observation. The people who want to buy items must post their wants in the for sale forum. Wouldn't it make sense to have all the WTB's in one spot and the items for sale in another?

Bob is correct but i am with Greg on this one. I would like to see a "wanting to buy" section on oldgas. Maybe right below "For Sale"?
Looking for anything from Hoosier Pete, Platolene 500 and Red Bird.

You are right Dick, but it also gets the most posts, and Wanted ad's tend to get burried quickly. In my opinion "General" should be left for topics which warrant discussion or responses, the only person interested in talking about Wanted items is the person who wants them, and should be in a category with less turnover. I like splitting the "Wanted to Buy" out of General discussion. It would be as clear as "For Sale".

I agree that a Wanted section would be used. If it dosen't work Pappa Potts can remove it. But, that said, how much extra work is for Jim to add another catagory. Remember he does this for FREE. Christmas is almost here and I think it's time we considered doing another fund raiser for "the old goat"
