I was hoping that someone out there would have these parts laying around. I can go and take one off a restored pump to show you but I don't like taking restored stuff apart. Risk of damage--- If noone posts some pictures, I will get it done for you.---KEVIN

All the unrestored Wayne 60s I have seen do not have rubber on the glass or ad glass. The screws are long and have springs to hold pressure so you do not have to worry about over tightening and breaking the glass.

I have original Wayne 60 parts manuals, color sales literature on both my website and running on ebay. These might be of some assistance to you.

The main window glass lays in the face surround, and the ad glass or sunburst lays inside the glass frame.

Sorry, I was going to post this earlier, but my computer decided to be stupid. After you lay the glass in the frames, you flip them over and lay them in the face window frame. I'm pretty sure that there is no rubber, but let's leave that up to a popular consensus. I don't have a picture of the springs, as I have lost them all. The bolts should be about an inch, and the springs are just light tension coils. Get some bolts that fit, and then go to the hardware store and find some light duty coil springs that fit over the bolts.

good timing for me by chance as I am nearing this stage on mine. I was unaware of the springs as mine was disassembled when I got it. I did by chance find new correct length/thread screws at local wholesaler and bought a ton of them, They are cad plated though but when taken to a buffer Cad comes off and they look like stainless.
