Yes I do. I never clean the back sides of my single sided signs.

In my opinion, the effort to remove the paint (which I know is minimal, it's just a matter of what you value your time at) from the back side of this sign outweighs the benefits. The back of the sign just assists in being able to authenticate it as original.
