Hi, guys I was wondering what would be a reasonable offer to make someone on a gulf number nine pole sign with the sign still in it? I do not have a picture , but the sign has been painted over with a tavern's name that has been closed for several years . I never knew this is what they called this style pole until I read about the mobil sign that was for sale and someone posted a picture of one in a apple orchard in California , I was told by an older gentleman that he thought it was a gulf station that was there years ago and the tavern opened in the late 70's and was painted over at that time , me being fairy new in the hobby any info is much appreciated , and hope I can make a deal with owner . Thank you all.

Is this the gulf dealer sign or gulf w ears? Gulf w ears no more that a $1000....gulf dealer no more than $1200 .....and these are top price w great cond signs and these are on the ground not still standing.... remember if sign is still stand and you don't have the ability to take down it will cost. And that can range $150-350....
Cities service, Vickers, Gas and Auto neons, next exit/ ahead signs and now I'm getting into globes....

Also some sanded the signs to rough it up so the paint would stick.
