O.k. Dick, your a veteran~ was there a procedure to primp a pump like this? Do you have any diagrams as to how the liquid would flow? As always ny help is appreciated.

Cup might have dried out. Will have to disassemble to check/replace if needed. Place base in water & a small container of water so spigot will be able to suck when pump handle is rotated both ways. If spigot blows bubbles, then inner cup probably needs to be replaced.

Try not to beat me up too much, but I just posted a video on you tube.
