I picked up this Dads rootbeer soda chest last fall. I bought it because the paint and decals were in such good original condition. I really dont have a place to keep it, so I have decided to sell it. There is no internals, slides or coin mechanism. I was told that it did cool quite well, person was using it to keep their beer cold.

250.00 plus a free ride to Iowa gas in August. First person to reply to this posting will have first crack at it. Check or money order only on this.

People might not use the slang phrase "first crack" in New England, but in the central part of the country, it means "first chance." Don't know the origins, but it may be related to the baseball originated phrase "right off the bat" meaning "very first thing." Such as - "Right off the bat, I knew it was going to be a home run."

Shoot me a PM with your questions. I just asked that replies be made here on the post to try and help keep everybody in order in case there are more than one person interested. I have some other things for sale in another area on here and multiple PM's can get confusing.... at least when dealing with keeping them all straight and in order.
