got this gulf sign from a buddy of mine and cut the pole down from an old phillips station and it went through the awning so i had to cut it in half. The arm was bent and welded on upside down so i made another one and the twisted strap i took of another messed up top and straighten it and here is the finished product. Nothing fancy but i like it. Well i pt pics. on here yesterday and now i am not able to get them on here if i go any smaller you will need a scope to see them.

For some reason jpg photos do better resizing wise than bmp photos. To get bmp pictures at 150 kb makes them look tiny. If anyone else knows how to solve that problem, I'd like to know too. My pic's are jpg but I get sent bmp's.

From what I can see you did a nice job on the arm.

In Windows I just open the pic in Paint and convert them (save as) to jpeg and then resize them (also in Paint).

i resize in paint 50 50 50 and then add it sometimes it works sometimes it dont. It took me three tries this time to get it to work

I like it. Just watch your head when you walk by.

Thanks guys and gals !! Its kinda low but the rest of the pole had filled with water and busted and this was all i could save and figured this was as good of a thing to do with it.
