If you are talking about the adglass top, I always position the rubber into the top first. Be sure to lay the top on a soft surface to prevent scratching the paint. Using a nylon bone, you can work the rubber up over the adglass on all sides. Good luck, Paul www.severngaspumps.com

NEVER push hard on one area of the glass to try and force it into the top. This is a sure way to break the glass. I have never used a tool to install the glass. I put the rubber on the glass, then use just my finger to pull the rubber around the lip on the top.

Hint: If you do use a nylon bone or plastic stick for a tool, use really soapy water with it. This really helps when you put curved glass windows in a 900/1000 series Bennett. Good Luck,
