All though,I've never actual spoke with Chris face to face,I have talked with him by email. Just don't strike me as the person you describe.
He does run ads and could of bought stolen property. I like oldgas won't hang him high just yet.

Everyone calm down.
If you have had dealings with Diesel in recent months, have documentation of the matter ready for examination by law enforcement, just in case.
To be real, most of us have bought things from people we didn't really know and didn't know for sure where the item came from. It is possible in any of those situations that you could have been in possession of stolen property without even knowing it. Best thing to do is cooperate with law enforcement even if you financially have to take your lumps.
Just so everyone knows, this site does cooperate with legitimate requests by law enforcement for information in order to make the hobby a safer place.

If charges have been laid and he is an adult, then there is no issue with reporting the fact that he has been charged.

To be CHARGED with possession of stolen property you need to have care, control and knowledge.

I agree if an arrest has been made, then this is public knowledge and free information.
