I just completed a windshield service cabinet in Flying A lintage...

I found a Tidewater-Associated Oil Publication that is about how to "clean" a Customer's Windshield.... In it are photos of actual Flying A Windshield Service Cabinets... I tried to get as close as I could to the cabinets in use during the late 40s...

Of course my cabinet is a different brand and the decal is not exactly the same.... Still pretty close, if I say so myself....

That's a nice job on that Pure box Mike! Don't want to hijack your thread, but here's two of mine with original paint and decals. The Mobil box was found years ago in the back room of a station on the shelf. Tim

So was Film Fyter a generic box used by multiple gas brands? Who used them?

I found this unrestored service box sitting in a yard sale recently.
The daughter of a Sunoco owner was selling off some household items.

Once I removed the grade chart for cleaning,I found this under it.

Hey Mike I hope you dont mind if I add mine.

I unpacked this from the original box with all the papers from 1939, and four of the glass spray bottles. I also still have the paper towles in original wrapers

Here's mine as found. There is another decal underneath w/ running Minuteman holding an award ribbon. Lower section has Oil Dipstick markings for older cars ['46 to '53]

No problem with me. I have enjoyed every one of these boxes that has been added to this thread. Keep adding as many as you have as I never knew there were so many different styles.

Keep em coming!!!
