It appears to be in nice unmolested original condition.

Just think of all the people saying that the pump market is going down or sideways. These have continued to go up in the last 10 years. Should have bought a bunch 20 years ago when they were just 2500.00. They just seem to be getting heavier though for me though.

They just seem to be getting heavier though for me though. I had to laugh when I saw that! I was moving some pumps yesterday and thought about how age affects our ability to handle these things and in turn directs our interests to different things! If they seem heavy now Craig--wait until you hit your 60's!!

I have a stupid question about this style pump.
How come every time one is listed or talked about, it's referred to as a "ROMAN COLUMN" when somehow I know in Jack's book, THE GAS PUMP BIBLE, it's called the "GREEK COLUMN?" Was there a change in terminology between the 1st and 2nd editions and I just don't know? I never see the term GREEK used, yet that's what is printed in the book?

Roman, Greek, Holy Grail, Ionic Column; different name for different parts of the country, but they all refer to the Same style pump & pump guys know what is being discussed. Is a Bud the same in San Fransisco as it is in Colo or NY? Probably not.

Well Wes, I will be 59 on the 16th, not far from your birthday. Sure wish I had time in your part of the country, that I think is where the great doubles are at.

I'm not sure how many companies made doubles in Canada but I've sold a Gilbert & Barker , a Canadian Vulcanizer, a Bowser, a Wayne , a Canadian Clear Vision, and a Service Station Equipment, all made in Toronto Ontario Canada..
