That hole in the center devalues the hole sign. Wait for a better one to come up on eBay, and spend a little more for a good one. It's all about condition. They are not that rare. If your patience a better one will come along . I would never buy a common sign with a hole in it.

I ended up getting the sign. Seller was honest and a pleasure to deal with. Item packaged very well. Just wanted all to know of a good seller/collector. I am NOT putting clock hands on it. The sign is nicer in person than the pics. I LOVE it..Thanks again Wade. ARA

The sign is really pretty in person, with great colors that are still super vibrant. I just love it. It's alreay on the wall. Thanks so much for the well wishes. This sign I guarantee will never see clock hands or a restoration....
