I picked these up today! (you might remember some of these from the "value" forum, thanks everyone for your input) I believe I have Rush F(according to the original tag), Gibson(with remade bottom skins), G&B, Wayne 515, Fry/Rush conversion and some wonderful original globes. They did come with 3 boxes of original parts and other than handles & cylinders are mostly complete(except the dome of the G&B is repo). The Graf globe has original lenses and body, the American has original lenses and body, Filtered has one broken glass one not broken but nice original body, Quality has only one glass & nice original body, flame has 3 bb chips but not too bad and they've been filled. The most interesting part of this pickup - the friend I bought them from bought the Gibson in Des Moines Iowa a while back and when he purchased it he said Jack Sim took a picture of it and it is the exact Gibson in the Gas Pumps second edition.

Congratulations on your new pumps. I was wondering if you could take some close up pictures of the Rush Stove pipe? I would love to see a close up of the I.D.tag. I had a Rush model J that looks just like your model F and I would like to see if I can figure out what the difference is. Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for the pictures. What you have is one of the first Rush pumps ever made. They started out making the Model F in 1926 in Portland, IN. before moving to Lafayette, IN. in 1927. I have another serial number from a Model F that is 11169 so with your serial number we know they made at least 777 of them. The main difference between the J and F is that your pump doesn't have the hinged conduit in the upper dome and it does have a hinged access door on the pump body. I couldn't see that in the earlier pictures. Great find and again congratulations.
