The seller seems a little fishy....If you look at the completed listings, check out his double bubble clock....If you look close, it says in the center shopgoodwill very faintly across all the photos in the same spot, so no one would steal them...except for this guy.

I would guess someone got a pretty good deal. Signs are most definatly originals. Look to be in good shape too.
