for the price I'd look for somthing nicer. Sign is not common but condition is bad... I wouldn't pay more than $100 - $150 If I were buying it for myself.

With scrap metal prices I would think $5 to $7 dollars

$100-150 would be fair as a barn hangar. A little touch up in the areas missing paint would make it presentable at the 50ft range. Garage A GoGo, you have some of those $5-7 signs available, I might give you double.. .
