I would start with a scouring pad and some hand cleaner with pumice in it...and then get some buffing compound(i use NAPA stuff) and a buffer and stand on it....push hard and buff away! don't be afraid....tough to hurt porcelain! you will be absolutely amazed!!!

I have had some questions about my buffing technique and products. here is what I use... sold by NAPA and others made by 'Wizards': 1. Turbo cut - first application 2. Finish cut - second application I'm sure there are a thousand ways to do this and everybody has their way....I'm just saying this is what worked for me!
