Headed off to bed after a long day. Church in the morning and then probably to my friend's house to work on the dirt bike I bought yesterday. Should be interesting as neither of us have much knowledge on motors. We have to bypass the ignition key because that didn't come with the bike. After that it might just start. I bought it for under $100 so if anything does have to be done I have plenty of room to work with. Hope everyone has a good day!

Already 85 here today. Just got back from a Sunday morning convertible cruise, stopped in and seen my Grandma at the Nursing home. She turns 94 on wednesday and she likes to tell me stories about the old days and it is always fun listening to them.

I was going to watch the Race but Pocono is always so boring I think I might head to my Dads lake cabin in a bit to see how he is doing.

Have a Great Day Oldgasland!!!!

Just back from a bike ride out east on Shelter island. Weather was awesome and traffic was light (6:40-10:50AM). I did the outer perimeter of the island and still managed to clock in 33 miles. The sights were awesome, esp some of the new multi-million dollar homes being built overlooking the harbor and surrounding Long Island. Probably gonna just kick back and take it easy and rest up for the work week a-comin'....heck, I feel a nap coming on already! LOL!

HAGS!

Hi everyone,

Supposed to be a warm one today, but it is pretty cloudy so maybe we'll get a temperature break. Home from church and I don't have to be anywhere or do anything else today. I'll find something before long or Maureen will think of a honey-do.

Have a great Sunday out there in Oldgasland!

Hello All,
Another warm day today here....went to the local greenhouse and bought some plants to set on my 2nd floor window ledges. They look nice.
Getting ready to go to my Grandma's house in a bit. She turns 89 years old today. Like Jason I like to go listen to her stories of years ago, whether they be family related or just about growing up in the 20's and 30's. She's my last living grandparent and I visit her as much as I can.
