Is it from a Newspaper or Trade Magazine façade? As Ryan said, it is cool looking.... How tall is it?

It is 12 foot tall. The bottom L part is about 6 foot across. This is a company that the newspaper here started back in the 1930`s when the depression stopped the trains in Oklahoma and the company distributed the newspaper themselves (OPUBCO) Oklahoma Publishing Company. The newspaper is still in existance today.

I did find a pic of the delivery truck with the state capitol in the back ground and all the oil rigs.
