I have a BENNETT pump like this that I will be restoring back to UNION 76. Looking for some feedback about these restored pumps. When would this style of signage and globes been used? These are great looking pumps. J

Those globes are a FANTASY ITEM.
UNION OIL Co. of Calif. only used 1pc & 15" metal body globes.
Box above face is for Pricing, NOT advertising glass.

The Bennett pump like that were made between 1929-31. Union oil made a change in 1932 from white and red pumps, globe had a white 76 number to white and orange or white and blue pumps with the 76 number being blue. I'm no expert on Union and could have my dates wrong. Richard

What year did Union quit using the shield logo and go to the round 76?

Union made changes in 1932, 1946, and the late 60's. I believe they stopped the shield in 46 but not sure. Like I said I'm no expert on Union. Richard
