Thanks Charles.

If you click on his profile and view his previous posts. One will quickly note that he is the individual that had listed some signs for sale before he had bought them.

Due to his questionable and equally offensive tactics, he is a discredit to any community that he is allowed to partake in. Be it craig's list, e-Bay or Oldgas.com.

To revoke his membership would not be considered heavy handed or unjust. Rather quite the contrary, to do nothing would in fact erode my confidence in my belief that Oldgas.com wants to be recognized as a site that aligns itself with and promotes fair trade and the ethical treatment of all in this hobby whether they are members or non members.

Both incidents and all the facts are clearly laid out in both threads. Both threads document actions by this member that do not promote goodwill and bring into question his character. His willingness to engage in questionable and dishonest practices in the pursuit of profit is deplorable.

I was out in central N. Carolina and I noticed a couple had some re pop signs he was selling on the side of the road, he was selling them "all as re-pops." He had over 1000+ different fake coca-cola policeman signs/bases/door pushes/machine signs and a couple dozen T-53 signs. $125 each on Pegasus sign. I asked where they all came from, he told me he ordered them from China. Its going to be a long long time before the Mobil Signs run out I would imagine. He had a trailer full is re-pops and new signs that he was selling as new, never once did he claim original, but we all know whoever gets them will put them right on the internet or sell as originals.

I'm normally the kind of person to offer a second chance and say wait to see how they behave before doing any kind of action. HOWEVER this was a "second chance" so to speak. The first time he was being a "greasy" seller, now he is just being out and out dishonest! I say BAN HIM!!!

I totally agree with Dave!
