I keep saying there are no more pumps in Florida. Maybe this is the last one. This tag is stamped 17R and my thought was "R" was for Rush as I posted in somebody's post last week. I wonder if that is true. It has the standard 5 fingers for setting gallons so should I get the tube sliding and install the ten gallon set of fingers? I just found a clean 5 fry cylinder around the corner thinking I would need it for this but the coversion top plate fits perfectly so it will be restored this way. Kind of neat looking.

I would restore it as is. They can be converted by to the 17, just has an adapter plate bolted on the bottom of the jar casting.

Worth more as a 5gal 17 IMO.
Look at pump again;
that is a WAYNE Bonnet & 3 Indicator sticks.
RUSH used 2 indicator sticks inside the cylinder, Bonnet & Globe holder are Cast Iron.
Link below shows a RUSH-FRY;

Dick that link won't work but that's what I thought seeing the Wayne gallon markers. My immediate thought was switch back to a five gallon but when I put the top with glass on I thought that's kinda different. Thank you for the help. So dick is the R for Rush? I guess somebody must have changed the cylinder and top as the baseplate fits perfectly..

South Florida Gas.

The pump you pictured is the one we had much discussion about last week. I'm glad you got it, I didn't have the $600 at the time or I would have bought it. The fellas online thought that the top was a wayne. Very cool pump!

I agree would leave as found,and the wayne has a 0 gallon marker never payed that much attention till now. Why I'm not sure and no need to explain it ,as DB tried and I still didn't get it.

I have never had a Wayne 615 or thereabouts but the top looked very generic.
