What was this used for??? It says AUTOMOBILE GROSS 144 NECESSITIES at the top and QUALITY PRODUCTS. I tryed to not buy anything this weekend KEVIN LOL

Kevin, I probaly have over 1500 auto related ads and mags going back to around 1915, but I do not remember anything about this cabinet. My guess is that Sunday morning, someone will answer this post telling you everything this was used for and the complete history of the company. I just hope he doesn't PM you the info.

I have a small tube repair kit from Gross it says bevel-cut patches for all rbber goods Gross MFG Co. inc, Monrovia Calif. same design on front. Thanks Jack

Gross produced a number of tire repair materials. Don't know if they made any other products since I know nothing of their history. They were up here in Canada also since I found all my pieces here. I would say that my pieces were from the 1950s or early 60s. I may have a different style of cabinet some where in the garage. I'll check tonight. Cheers!
