I have one that might work for you.its a synchron, but looks to be the same?mine is three watts ,1 rpm( that's the important thing). Or search eBay " clock motors" these are real common, and you can usually find one pretty cheap.

You can get one out of the cycle selector from a scrap washing machine. They use a similar low rpm (120Volt) motor for the timer which activates the various cycles.

I want to thank you all for the suggestions, you have definitely sent me off in the right direction. I don't think I will be able to find the exact one but with some engineering I can probably come close !
You can see these in action on YouTube type in "past blue ribbon car display/sign" or something similar.

That one Mick has is the exact one. It shouldn't be too hard to find on ebay.Search electric clock motor. There is a couple on there right now but they want stupid money for them. If your patient a reasonably ($20)priced one will turn up. Good Luck.

Just for a matter of interest, I was able to find an exact match at this site, if anybody here would need one.
