...his auctions are pretty much all fake 'aged' signs...his disclaimer is priceless, when you consider his eBay seller name:

There are rough edges, fading, rust and imperfections as the signs are NOT NEW. Signs show worn areas on the edges. Signs have obvious fades and marks here and there. Examine the photos and you can clearly see these areas. Make sure you understand that the signs are NOT PERFECT. I have done my best to describe the signs, it's measures and it's condition which is clearly shown in the photos."
...this is what you'd call 'implausible denial'...
