Just trying to be helpful and not critical. You are way off on that Texaco rest room sign. They are not all that rare. Mint nos one's are in the $500 or less range.

I posted that from eBay mobile, and put a 1 there on accident lol. I'm not at home yet and just figured I'd leave it there until I got home to upload good photos and change the price

I'd bet on eBay though I can get $500 or so for it.

...the 47 on your Firestone sign is not a date, just a code number for the sign (for Firestone) or the account (for Grace Sign Co.)...the sign dates to the late 1960's-mid 1970's...

Yes, I had a box of those at one time. Early 70's I think. Not "rare".

If you check the Firestone sign with a magnet you will note that it is a later aluminum version.
