To me it didn't look like a decal, but if it was an original I would think the letters would be better aligned with the word they're in. What do you guys think?

Hmm..... I too was watching this item. No way I was going that high on the price. But I wasn't aware that it was a fake. I feel lucky right now that it went that high. I think I dodge a bullet.
Please elaborate on this being a fake. Are you guys saying that someone literally took a red clock and put stickers on it to create this and sell it off as vintage??

Yes...that is exactly what they are saying...well it probably wasn't originally red either.
I offer quart can re-lidding, can rolling, lid stamping, and dent removal.
