This dispenser opens up so it can be restocked. It looks to small to be a paper towel dispenser so what is it and what is it worth?

If it's a towel dispenser there should be something on the back to slide into a wall-mount bracket.

Is that white & black or white and green?

Authentic piece should be around $75 in my opinion. If it's a faked piece using a napkin holder then $15-20 for fantasy.

The graphics are dark green and white. There is a bracket on the backside.

Standard dimensions for single fold paper towels are 5 1/4" x 9 1/4" (folded in half size), at least the ones that I use are, so if these dimension work then it can be a paper towel dispenser. Don.

I would have guessed paper towels, I have never seen Kleenex dispensed from the bottom, it's usually from the top.

Must have been some emergency! LOL

Because they are flimsy, I would expect putting tissues in there would have required a cardboard box holder to fit inside. Any tissue boxes this shape out there back when?

It looks more like a napkin holder. Did Sinclair stations every have cafes attached?
