What years was Phillips 66 Flite-Fuel used? 1950's into 60's or was it earlier?

According to PCM's green book Flite-Fuel was introduced in 1954 to designate premium grade of auto fuel. They continued with the term into the 70's.Immediately prior to 1954,they used Phillips 66 Ethyl to designate premium grade.
