I have a friend whose grandfather ran a White Eagle bulk plant in St. Francis, Kansas. She thinks the time period was around 1920-mid 1930's. Could someone either Email me or post here a brief history of the White Eagle company. And, on the long shot anyone has heard of a Ben Payne or the White Eagle bulk plant in St. Francis..that info would be great too...Thanks.
