Don't know how many "fill-ups" this poor guy did that day...but I bet he went home tired!

Looks like DB scalped that top in the background.

How long have you been collecting tops and how old are you Dick I hear that station has a warrant out for your arrest and I would like to collect the reward.

We would have some power outages when I worked for my dad in Ohio. Dad had a hand crank set-up we would use along with putting the hand crank on the cash register. We were the only place in town to get gas. I don't know hoe many gallone us boys had to pump.

billbailly - I think I would rather pedal than crank...we sure miss that electric when its out. Most stations today would just close.

That is a pic of DB working off the debt for breaking the glass top on the Tokheim with his B-B gun.....he is looking at the pump planning future demise for all 36, 36-B tops.

He would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for those meddling kids , and that dog of theirs!!!!! lol

Very cool pic
Yankee ingenuity, you dont see much of that anymore. People think its the end of the world when their power is out for a few days. This guy figured out how to peddle his gas without electric. Pun intended.
