I emailed the seller about the Standard Oil sign being a $25 fantasy sign and here is his response...."I guess all those plates in BJ Summer's book are fakes then .You should let him know ."
I'm not familiar with BJ Summers books. Maybe it's a book of reproductions ? Anyway, I also sent the seller a link to this thread.

Those are fantasy signs....How could he find them in any price guides? Seller's full of it!!

He's only sold 4 rusted & chipped fakes for way more than a retail perfect fake would cost. I should get in touch with these buyers....I have a bridge I could sell them.
