I think that could be my buy of the year, I got today this porcelain sign of texaco produced in Switzerland during 1940-1950's era, the sign is signed at the bottom "emaillerie corgemont", it has still all the originals gromets and the sign is self framed, it's single sided, it has only a chip neart the texaco sign and some issues on the edges

anybody have already saw this sign ? I'd like to find pictures or information about this one like black and white pictures of gas station with this sign on it

Never seen that one before Nucky. Great score and definitely a candidate for sign of the year. You sure are finding some real nice stuff across the pond. Congrats!

hmmm, must be the same as german... in german it translates to "lubricates better" haha!

Nucky, you might want to see if there are old car clubs in Switzerland that might have photos of the old cars next to gas stations...
