First off, I just assume they were gas station. Any body seen these before? I looked on ebay couldn't find anything. What company were they for? And also, What is the hole for?
Thanks

They attached to the restroom door and the door knob was placed through the hole. They are double sided so they can fit a right or left opening door.

ok, I was curious about that, They are double sided. But I am sure that was just because different doors for different stores. Do you think they are gas station?

The old Husky Oil gas station in my home town had them. Don't know if they are original to Husky oil or generic.

There is a station here that still has these on the restroom doors.
And it was a Exxon station back in the 70s and the 80s

So MetroPetro is correct on these.
