I have a feeling this sign is a reproduction. The scuff marks look to be from a grinder. The rust around the hanger holes looks newer. The sign is very heavy but since I don't know ford signs I would like some other opinions. Thanks.

Font is off, holes are wrong size, property of ford looks wrong, color to light

These Ford ovals have been reproduced for many years, probably some of the first signs to be reproduced.
Another sign that has been spoiled for me, more fakes then real ones out there. New collectors or for that matter, anyone buying one has to be very careful with these ovals.
