Guess I should move to Illinois, they seem to have all the good auctions all the time, never anything here on west coast anymore, there use to be petro auctions but no longer

You seem to be right, it is closer shipping for a lot of people and more buyers. I do agree though, and makes it a lot less interesting. Just too far for big stuff.

Yeah but IL has horrible gun laws. They dont believe in the 2nd amendment.

I remember a few years back they hauled the contents of the General Petroleum museum from the west coast to Bloomington Ill. to sell it and one of the reasons given was that Bloomington was one of the few places in the USA that three interstate highways intersected. Thought it would draw a bigger crowd.????

There is a very large advertising auction coming up at Sullivan and Son s auction site here in Illinois on Oct. the 19th.
