Bought this can a while ago. As far, as Red Indian cans go this is a very rare early can. Note the early graphics of the old Chief. 100 years old.

Beautiful graphics on that can! It amazes me that such artwork could be ordinary way back when and with todays "technology" having such pride in what you are doing is nearly impossible to achieve.

Still looking for that Union 76 ball

Great find Dave! I believe it dates prior to 1918 as they changed their name in 1919 from Company to Limited.

Fantastic Dave! What a prize to have to display! I want to thank you for sharing that with us. Its the only way that many of us would EVER be able to view such a rare piece of history. If only that can could talk! LOL

...unless you know what you're doing...too many rely on the software for easy fixes and cheesy effects, and don't have the 'eye' in the first place...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

Thanks, for all the great comments. Kevin, what I wouldn't give to have that old Chief tell me a few stories...
