Do any of you have a gas station or general store facade that you have made? Im starting one in a empty spot in my backyard similar to the one pictured below. Do you have one? pics?

I am currently constructing a gas station(Gulf)/general store building(14' x 24") behind my house where the chicken house and outhouse once stood. The chicken house was leveled by the hurricane in 1995 that put a 40" oak tree across the building. Here is a photo of the unfinished building. Will keep you posted (if interested) with updates.

I built this facade a couple of years ago, it is ca 20x8x2 feet. I placed it on the border to my neighbor and made the backside look like a small cottage wall rather than just a fence. Display window and pumps light up at dusk.

Certainly would have built a small house if I thought I had the room for it, but in the summertime there are so much leaves around it that I have had people standing right in front of it asking if I had brought an old station onto my land...

Thanks Guys!

Surely there are more members that have something similar to show?

Terry, good luck with your facade, and Dave, your building really looks good! I am certainly interested in seeing the progress of both your work!!

Cheers,
Claes

Here's my facade.

This shot is a few years old. I've added some signage and have a couple of unrestored pumps sitting in front of it now.

It will be a Red Indian station when I'm done . . .
